To be fair, most sub-12 seeds are not power/major conference teams and Wichita isn't good enough to be a higher seed, so this would be a "G5" vs "G5" matchup any way you slice it.

the Herd will go as far as (long sniper ) Elmore takes them, if Elmore goes off again i think they beat the Shockers, but if Elmore can’t make shots from China again it might get ugly.

On the other hand, since Huggins has said he absolutely refuses to play Marshall again while he's at WVU, we might have an auto win the in the second round should we win...

Wichita State is a power program that has made a recent Final Four.
AAC got 3 teams that have top 6 seeds. 2 seed Cincinnati, 4 seed Wichita, and 6 seed Houston. Nothing mid major about those seeds.

False. I drove from San Diego California to Bowling Green Kentucky last October in 32 hours. I did take a small respite at a rest area in the middle of Texas. So it can be done quicker. My wife was pissed! Lol.

Yeah, we can make it but have to leave Wednesday, sadly, no one wants to marathon drive in the car for 32-34 hours one way.

I'm not so sure. We actually match up quite well IMHO. Two teams with little D and top flight offenses.

I mean, honestly, I hate we play another mid-major. I wanted to take down a blue blood. Arizona as another 4 seed would have been nice...
No complaints though otherwise. I'm confident we'll show up.

Not even, its a much better match up than Kentucky or Gonzaga which Lanardi had us playing earlier. Now next year might be different.

CHuggins got what he wanted a Puppet AD in Shane Lyons who was all to eager to make the drunkard happy and cancel the basketball series.
