We protect the judges and courtrooms with far more security. We protecty Capital Hill and congressional offices far more securely. Hell---banks and jewelry stores are more secure. Most big office buildings require key card entry and allow access via a single lobby with armed security present. Until we make securing schools a priority, these things will continue to happen.
