Michigan got lucky, but there's no guarantee that we would have even gotten past A&M, much less to the Natty.
That's the nature of the tournament. There are probably 25-30 other teams with the same argument as us. Let's just make a habit of getting there more often, and then we'll get our fair share of those lucky breaks.

Good outlook. Houston was the better team against Michigan that night but who knows what their odds to win the next 3 games and make the title game would've been.
Cincinnati would've had a very favorable road to the Final Four had they gotten just one more stop against Nevada and pulled out that game.
Thankfully both teams appear to be primed for success in 18-19.

i mean we shouldn't have won the aac....back in 2015-16 season but it is what it is,

and we would have beaten the cards on college game day if the refs had eyes. Im still annoyed on that no call while neals what shooting that got ollie ejected

nah ECU had it locked up if they weren't snubbed at 23–12. but they brought home the CIT title so i guess its ok
