It is what I am most proud of in in a 58-year life.

Regardless of my shortcomings (and they are many), my wife and I somehow managed to raise three wonderful kids to adulthood. When my day of reckoning one day comes, St. Peter will at least have that on my positive ledger.

I still have my Father's Day card from last year(?) My oldest son (I have two) wrote "Dad, I love you and thank you for everything you did for George and I. Hope you have a great day, everyday! Love you, Rudy.

Little things like that brings a warm feeling to your heart. I know I wasn't the perfect dad and I screwed up a lot but at least my kids know that I tried hard but sometimes missed. One is 41 and the other is 46 but they will always be my little boys whom I love and always will.

Love your kids no matter if they're not perfect as they're taking after you who by the way aren't either.

Happy Fathers Day guys.

w/o question....

humility and respect......

my daughter just left......

Becoming a father likely saved me from myself. It has been my shining achievement to have raised two successful, productive, and most important, happy, kids to adulthood. Happy Fathers Day to all who have stepped up to answer the call.

My boys are 13 and 10, and both think they are the next Ronaldo. Yes, we started late! I am more proud of them above any achievement I have earned.

Unless you invent a cure for all diseases or reach some other monumental achievement you, nor I, will ever achieve greatness or create a legacy that is any more important than being a good dad. Our kids are the only thing most of us will ever leave behind that will be in any way noteworthy. 04-cheers
