Seem like the Army board has not been used in years. I went to see what their fans/supporters had to say about the game, but I’m not sure if their board has been touched.

They were very respectful of us on their board. Shouldn't be surprised since it is the USMA. One of them mentioned that they're down 4 O-lnemen with little depth. that might be good news against their option.

I saw their new QB put up the most passing yards in a game since like 2015. It was only like 197 but still something to keep an eye on.

I agree. It's another winnable game on a very winnable schedule. Despite this, I expect us to crap the bed and lose because we'll have trouble stopping the run.

As much as I wanted to vote for LU to beat Army, I couldn't. The ODU game the LU defense was very good. A great run defense test will be this week against Army. Message boards say they are in almost in a ODU down turn with injured RBs and the OL. Still, the wishbone is a tough offense to harness. No pretty or exciting but old school, grind out, beat the opponent down. If LU's defense again rises to the level it played this past week, they will then have turned the corner. Away game at Army, wishbone offense, Army tradition I expect to be tough for LU.
And I expect ODU to bounce back this week and beat FIU. LU gave ODU their worst defeat ever and it will be interesting to see how they respond. LU fans should root for ODU, and all LU opponents to win (obviously not against LU), especially with the potential bowl bid.

I think we pull it out against Army, and I think after thatwe get to 3-0 after next weekend with Norfolk State. After that who knows with UNT, Troy, the New Mexicos, and Liberty's poor relationship with October.

I think we can beat Army too if we execute on all cylinders. The problem is I could also see us losing an FCS game just based on historical data lol

Oh I definitely think we can win against Army and most of the schedule. It's just I don't believe we will. Army has the triple option that Kennesaw State tore us to pieces with.
