Instead of firing of an anonymous letter to an opposition party senator — come forward, state your claim, provide your proof and let the people decide.
Allowing an unsupported letter of a supposed event from HIGH SCHOOL to derail a nomination would wreak havoc on future nominations...we'd have anonymous letters coming out at the 11th hour and never get anyone confirmed on EITHER side.
