Well, tonight's episode was EXTREMELY disappointing. A 90 minute flashback.

I knew it would be. The damn show is trolling its fans. Although tonight's show was extremely well acted. Lennie James is fantastic.

I thought tonight's episode was fantastic... Of course, Morgan is my favorite character, so my POV is a bit skewed.

That was an excellent episode.

I thought it was a good episode and a part of the story that needed to be told.

Everything can't always be action action action or it would get boring so I really didn't mind the slow pace but thought it could have been done in 60 minutes. It explains why Morgan is the way he is but this world has no place for that type of person....

sooner or later you'll get shot. Hard to believe he made it to terminus then all the way to alexandria being this way and alone

The show was 90 minutes so AMC could show extended trailers for their new shows.

I enjoyed the episode and the acting was outstanding. Fits nicely into the package.

Yeah they wanted to release the trailers and also this was pretty much a bottle episode so extending the air time for more ads makes even more money.

I'm a fan of adding depth to a character. The entire season occurring in one day is a great idea.

So I didn't see very many Wolves get away...maybe 5-10. Did Rick kill off the rest of the Wolves that ran away?

Not a huge fan of the whole non violence thing in this new world, but he is a couple of steps behind the main crew and they have left nothing in their wake to kill. Terminus is overridden, so he probably skirted that. This guy hasn't really had to face human confrontation until he got to Alexandria.

I thought about that, too. Was thinking maybe the attacking party was a small contingent of the wolves' larger group. I don't read the comics so I don't know how many there are or if that's revealed in the books.

They only showed the group of 5 or 6, that Morgan let go, leave Alexandria and Rick killed all of them. The wolves are not directly from the comics. There was a group of around 10 people that attacked Alexandria but they never made it inside the walls and were handled very easily but Rick and company were there at the time. People assume this is the same group because when they showed up at the gates they said "little pig little pig let me in" like the big bad wolf.

They have no guns and weren't very coordinated....Can't seem them being too much trouble.

Tonight was dry, but next week looks pretty good.

Can't wait for them to start thinning our main cast. If they stay even close to the comics some of our main group will be leaving soon: Morgan, Abraham, Glenn, Carls eye. I still would like Daryl to meet Lucille but with Maggie telling Aaron she's pregnant I think it may be Glenn.
