I think it was Abraham-he looked Negan in the face with no fear.

I think it's Daryl. I think Norman is ready to move on to different things again and the way Rick looked when he was asked in the preview if he had a right hand man and then "oh did I kill your right hand man." That's got to be Daryl.

It looked like Carl when the show was ending its season. But who is going to help them escape? That's the real question.

My only contention with that idea is that the network would lose a million viewers. And! He was quoted in a interview with his dude from Boondock Saints about the new release of that series as saying "I'd love to have him on the show with me. They should write him in somewhere" or something along those lines.

It's pretty much believed Daryl will be the captive wearing the A shirt for *******.

Also remember Glenn was the OG right hand man and Abe has been the muscle and it's wildly speculated that those 2 go down.

None of this happened until Rick was in his coma. Not to mention Shane has repeatedly said, "I thought he was dead." Also he's been seeing "dead" people he knew from before his coma after they died. A lot of clues there to say that it's a dream while he's in his coma.

Can also say all the people in the dream could be those admitted to the hospital, doctors, nurses, visitors, etc. Governor could've come in from an eye stabbing (Rick hadn't seen him with two eyes), Meryl had a hand chopped off after first appearing around Rick with a hand, etc.

The Hatchet in the trailer will be important, does it belong to a potential rescuer that was offed by Negan's right hand, or Rick's right hand, will it be used to cut off Rick's right hand as an additional show of control.

That is Rick's hatchet I believe. And yeah I think something like that also.
