I was convinvince the baby was going to be dead in her and eat its way out of her then eat Karl.

Now the Mom is dead and they have a baby to deal with.

Good luck with that. She was an annoying birch anyway and now what does she do? She dies and leaves them with her bastard child.

So we dont know what happened to Carol yet, I think she makes it... somehow...

And I wonder if Rick will care a bit about that baby since he probably thinks it is Shane's kid anyway. I can see Glen and Maggie having to take care of it.

Imagine if the writers had gone over the top and had Lori die some other way, before the baby was born. Then you'd have a Lori zombie with mini me zombie coming out of her belly. Season finale: Lori/baby zombie eat Rick and Carl at the same time. Darryl takes over and away we go!

Babies don't have teeth so I think it would have a hard time eating anything.
