As this site has taken off faster than I imagined, I feel it necessary to say a few things especially after the events of the past day.

This site is not a replacement for accboards. This site is not in a competition with accboards. I have no problems with posters co-existing on both boards and could care less with how many people are registered here. This site is not to make money, as of this point, EVERYTHING has been funded out of pocket by me, turtle protector, and lawrenceterp. There is a possibility of ads or something in the future to fund improvements to hardware and pay for the network connection, these bridges will be crossed as they are reached. The purpose in creating this site was to provide a fun place for us, ACC fans, to be able to meet and discuss our teams, in a very relaxed environment. In light of recent events, the plans to get this thing going were kicked into high gear.

However, some ground rules have to be put in place before things get out of control. In order to keep this as a community and keep things amicable, I will not tolerate any slamming of ACCBoards/posters/mods/or anything related to it in any way shape or form. You have a beef with them...feel free to discuss in email or on that board (per the rules of that board). Also, there has been a forum created (Verbal Assault) in which you guys may have at each other with as much abandon as is acceptable in a forum which is public to all of the internet...BUT please keep this stuff in that specific forum.

Now, having said that, have fun with the stuff we have here. If you have complaints/suggestions please feel free to share them and we will see what we can do to implement changes. I hope this place can be successful and maintain a laid back environment, and I thoroughly enjoy the interaction that we have here.
