Officers Arrest Man Found Stuck in Church Window

By Associated Press

Officers didn't have to work too hard to catch a man they believe was trying to rob Eastside Baptist Temple in High Point.

He was stuck hanging out of a small bathroom window.

Neighbors heard his cries for help about 5:30 am Wednesday and called police.

It did take a little work to get the 6-foot, 235-pound man out. Four officers, two inside and two outside, pushed and pulled the man's arms and legs.

Once free, 48-year-old Ronald Steven Stutts of Trinity, was charged with larceny and breaking and entering. He's being held in the Guilford County jail on five-hundred dollars bond.

Police say Stutts had taken about 12 dollars worth of painting supplies from the church.
