RE: Cincy food
I thought I'd add a couple spots to the list:

Finally made my way over the Eli's BBQ on Riverside Ave, and it is worth the trip. I had the pulled pork sandwich with slaw on it. I added a little bbq sauce, had some mac and cheese and jalepeno cornbread. It was all great. They cook everything in a massive smoker outside. there is a lot of outside seating and it is BYOB. People there brought cases, and coolers. Went with the girlfriend, but I can't wait to go back with a group. I didn't know it was BYOB, but a group of guys there gave me a couple of their leftover beers when they left.

Washington Platform- it's downtown on Elm street near Central Parkway. It's known for its seafood (I hear the seafood bisque is spectacular, and plan on getting it soon). Before 7 they have 2 dollar drafts and half price wings...the wings are damn good and they always have some sort of special wing (yesterday it was a bourbon chipotle).

The Wurst Bar- Had that last Friday, just opened in Mt. Lookout. Any kind of hotdog/mett/braut you can imagine. I got the mett with garlic fries and blue cheese and it was delightful. We also got the pigs and a blanket appetizer and this sausage cheese dip appetizer. It was all very good. Also they have specialty drink menu that has what is basically a manhatten, made with Rye Whiskey and Scotch.... It was awesome.
