-- First of all...I watched the UL/Marqutte game last night...and wow...what an exciting game....we have a ton of problems on the football side but the bball league is going to fun to watch while its in place

-- I was shocked to see the media's response to Virginia Tech beating Duke....VT has been a bball joke for yrs in the BE and now they are suddenly very comptitive...if VT had beating Uconn last year the national media would have used that to say how poor BE hoops is...but when VT beats Duke it is because the ACC has so much depth

-- Again...I wouldn't be shocked next year if the 12 team ACC is still seen has being better then the 16 team BE by the media...despite the fact that 10- 11 NBE schools will be in the NCAA tourney this year...the national media seems incapable of even considering the idea that a better hoops league then the ACC may exist
