2013-2016 NCAA Division I Conference Realignment Chart
Here is a quick and dirty NCAA Division 1 chart on existing realignment changes (as I know them to be) for 2013-2016. Any Division II to Division II shifts and lower are not reflected. If you notice any mistakes, omissions, etc., please post and I'll correct and update the chart.
