Hopefully it won't take 3-4 years to right the ship. Let's hope McKay lands a well known high recruit who others know about that would like to play with. Other than some hidden gem that falls through the cracks, it could take easily 2+ years before we are even able to challenge in the BSC, much less make it to March Madness.
