5 is good. Its 40 minutes, not 48.

Only way I could support six fouls to disqualification is if a game goes to a second OT and the player hasn't reached five by the start.
Or just for amusement in regulation if having a disqualified player means you can't replace them.

There you go. And have the referee hold a red card up in the player's face, like in soccer.
