Yup what a get. No recruiting experience, no college or NBA coaching experience, no compliance experience, no real travel or media experience as a coach.

Hell at least Clyde Drexel won a championship in the NBA . . .

All fair, but we’re talking about Memphis. He’s like a folk hero there. They wouldn’t be losing every good recruit from their hometown if he was the guy recruiting them.
