That's always the caveat. In politics with dictators it's often absent. We'll see but I certainly won't hold my breath.

History has proven NK pulls this nonsense every time it wants/needs something. It plays on the world's desire for peace but once it gets what it wants it's back to business as usual. I see no reason why this time will be any different.

Maybe Trump finally scared him enough to see that his path was no good.

Would explain his launching missiles every time Trump dares him to.
