Phantom call? He intentionally tried to foul him lol. You can argue the TO should have been rewarded, but to call it a phantom foul is inaccurate.

Regardless, ODU would have been up 2, with the ball, with 11 seconds left.

Definitely should have been a TO. Not happy about it but whatever now.
