Well they need to follow due process and make sure this is all as reported, but this is clearly unacceptable behavior for a teacher. The teacher should be fired.

I thought that was thrown out the window with #metoo.

We don't have to copy them.

That is one of their tactics.

4. Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.

Make them live up to the rules, but make sure they really violated them. But this sort of bullying should get you fired under any set of rules.
