Amy Grant's father was a doctor. He tend to be well known.

Mime Nesmith's mother created the Liquid Paper.
Dave Heyward of Lady Antebellum, when his father goes, he would be listed as inventing the teeth whiting strips.

Ann Cullen did showed up at times with her husband. Usually wives and husbands of famous people do have some contribution to somewhat famous.

Sometimes fathers, mothers and siblings do show up on specials. If I remember right? Amy Grant did some specials on tv, and her family was included like her father.
