The one match I wasn't able to go to? Wtf haha. Should've been there Friday night, I'm sure most were still worn out from the Duluth match cause I know I was. Also, Peter Wilt was there both nights, unsure if you know who that is though, if not he's responsible for Chicago Fire and Indy Eleven.

Yes, graduate of 2013, though I prefer to call myself a Devil since the only sport I played at Dexter was rugby.

To DefCONN, with all that smoke and flare, sometimes no. I did walk past a dead rat on my way to the Friday match though, guts burst out by the end of the match.

I played on Wolves with one of the guys on AFC Ann Arbor, then kept in touch through college. There's also a kid on AFC who I was a host for my senior year on the soccer team at Cincinnati, so there were multiple connections and admittedly I was semi-rooting for them. That was a hell of a match! I never even knew that stadium existed and I grew up in South Lyon and spent a ton of time driving into the city for Wings, Lions, and Tigers games growing up. I'm in Toledo now, working at UT but I still make my way back up north every now and again.

I love your guys' logo...that's about the best I've seen from any professional/semi-private side in the US at this point. And the nickname actually makes sense too, which is a stretch to say anywhere else at all. Is that investment group going to elevate DFC, Waza, or try to do their own thing if they get approval? I feel like DFC would be the perfect candidate for elevation.

AFC is probably the only club I truly have a distaste for so gritty games like that one got my blood boiling haha. South Lyon? Damn that's close, I grew up in Pinckney and still live here.

As for the crest, Indy Eleven I'd say gives our a run for our money. I'm not sure about the investment group but there's rumors we're moving up into one of the new division 3 pro leagues and having Peter Wilt at our playoff matches sure makes it seem likely that we'll be in the NISA.

Spent a few days in Pinckney every year with some family friends, so I'm definitely familiar. I was a DCC kid, spent most of my time at the Breakfast Rd location, but had my senior year in the new school...of course that probably dates me now 03-lmfao.

True, I think theirs is a great one as well. I'm just a sucker for logos/crests that actually have some form of connection to their city, rather than these stupid marketing conglomerations like FC Cincinnati or the entire MLS.

DCC kid?

As for the crests, me too, I think that there are so many missed opportunities. Least FC Cincinnati isn't as bad as San Francisco Deltas, their name and crest are just plain stupid.
