It's going to be really interesting to see how the League handle the Mane suspension. It was clearly unintentional, but incredibly reckless, however, Ederson brought his head down, and knew what he was getting into coming that far out of the box against a charging player...and Man City will be out their #1 keeper for a long while if that broke his jaw (which I don't know how in the hell it wouldn't have).

50/50 ball, never a red.

What's the rule on his suspension? Our next game is in the UCL, does he miss that and 1 PL game? Or 2 PL games?

Suspension for a straight red is 3 games. I expect this to be upheld on appeal because it's a clear yellow card at best.

Suspensions do not apply to UCL games, so he'll miss the next 2 PL games plus the 3rd round league cup tie, which he probably would have sat anyway.
