Probably not given there were only like 2 minutes left in the match. Plus, the draw didn't mean Peru qualified for the WC, only that Peru will play in the playoff. Besides, Peru probably felt safer keeping the draw anyway than attacking and risking a Colombian counter attack goal which would have eliminated Peru all together.
