Germany has made it to at least the semifinal stage in 4 of the last 6 World Cups, which is better than any other team during that window. In the only two World Cups that they didn't make it to the semifinal stage (1998 and 2018), France ended up being World Cup Champion, which is proof that when the cat's away, the mice play. lol

This was the worst World Cup ever for Germany, but France did enough to earn the win, so congrats to Les Bleus.
