I saw a graphic before last season about Chelsea Loan Warriors. A bunch of dudes they have that have never played for the first team. There was one guy who, technically, was the most senior member of the team(after John terry left) and had never once played a game for Chelsea. Signed with Chelsea back in something like 2006. They had loaned him out every year.

It's insane...the whole Vitesse-loan racket is incredible, and I'm actually surprised that UEFA haven't done anything about it. Chelsea has something like 40 players out on loan at any given time, which just seems unfair.
