Any of West Brom, Fulham, or Brentford could be auto-promoted. The other two have to go to the playoffs.

Any 2 of Nottingham Forest, Cardiff, and Swansea could take the last 2 playoff spots, the other finishes just short

And somehow, someway any 3 of Wigan Athletic, Middlesborough, Birmingham City, Charlton Athletic, Luton Town, Barsnley, and Hull City could be relegated to League 1. Any could also earn their safety if things fall right.

This is probably the wildest season of the Championship I have ever seen. Swansea and Cardiff were in 11th and 12th when the season shut down and leapfrogged everyone else to get into playoff contention. West Brom was winning the league and a sure fire promotion bet when things shut down, but have struggled since, and now need to win Wednesday to avoid a playoff.

Hull City and Barnsley were on the beach ready to accept relegation, and then Wigan Athletic went into administration, and the 12 point deduction gave both those teams life.

Strange times.

If Wigan's 12-point deduction stands, then Birmingham and Middlesbrough are safe since Wigan, Barnsley and Hull could not exceed 49 points. A response to Wigan's appeal will likely not occur before Wednesday's match against Fulham.

Strong rumors that Sheffield Wednesday (who are currently sitting on 56 points, 8 above relegation) will face a points deduction as well.
