RE: The Big Sky and Summit schedule a crossover challenge series with select schools
UND gave notice to the Big Sky that they will exit football in the 2020 season. This way they don't pay an exit fee by giving 2+ years notice. MVFC has already announced they will come on board in the 2020 season. Other sports leave the Big Sky to join the Summit on July 1st this year. The Big Sky has already removed voting rights from UND on future conference matters, as is typical of schools leaving a conference. As a Football associate member for the next two years, like UC Davis and Cal Poly, they don't get voting rights.

Contracts are all signed. Have no idea why NoDak calls any of that a lie. It's all public information.
