Those numbers look fishy to me. NCSU with $6.1 million in equipment and apparel but only $300,000 cash? FSU getting $1.4 million cash while Clemson gets $115,000? One crucial aspect of all these contracts not released is how much the apparel manufacturer pays coaches, particularly big name basketball coaches. Those payments disguise how much the schools get from the manufacturers and how richly the coaches are paid.
The fishy part isn't the $300K cash. That's pretty much in line. But how could they be spending $6 million on equipment? Their uniforms aren't that spectacular.
