But Wichita didn't play bad. SMU and Houston just had the games of their lives.

They didn't play bad in Wichita but they did play bad in Houston. As mentioned above, the subject is most likely of more interest on the Shocker board, not here. Most of us have watched a lot of Shocker games and can tell when they just plain aren't even competing hard to win.
