Really no reason to do that. The 15 teams have worked well with the ACC Tournament.

While I think ND may want Navy, the ACC probably would require Navy home game against Army as part of the ACC TV inventory and probably does not want to have Navy play the weekend after the CCG. Just not sure Navy would give that up, but they would make a whole lot more money if they did. Navy probably would get ACC Olympic scheduling deals.

If I am still around in 2036, I will just be happy to be alive in my 70's.
