Thats pretty much the same as saying you watch one bowl a year. Thats fine. Im sure there are lots of people like that. But thats not indicative of the typical college football fan. The bowl games tend to be some of the most watched games of the season for teams playing in them. BTW--remember, these wouldnt be just G5 teams. These would be the G5 champs and some of the better P5 teams that just missed CFP sponsored bowls. Also keep in mind, this would be a well funded NCAA tournament complete with a season long marketing campaign to alert the audience and to build interest. Also, the games would likley occupy good time slots. I think it would represent a fun and very interesting post season event for many fans.
