What’s also intresting to me is posters like Ken d seem to believe that things will always stay the same or they don’t want the g5 to split up n fear of the g5 becoming a big success and threatening the well established p5 egos and money

Last time I checked, "attackcoog" was no fan at all of any kind of G5 split from the P5. Unless I'm confusing him with someone else, IIRC he's posted many times that stuff like a separate G5 playoff would be suicide. He understands that while the P5 would thrive just fine without the G5, the G5 would sink into utter oblivion without the P5.

Which of course just means that to the extent that the G5 are making any money or having exposure opportunities at all now, it's because of their linkage with the P5 in the FBS. The G5 are basically welfare-piggybacking off the P5 right now.

And yet G5 fans demand more from the P5, like a 'rational' playoff. Seems rather ungrateful to me ... 07-coffee3
Well as far as Iam concerned I am not asking anything from the p5 at all, far from it
When I say a 100% split I meant it and I’ve been posting my feelings about a split for about a year now and when I did I got all kinds of hell from other g5ers but not so much now, quit intresting really
