Yet another example of our overly pretentious society, where people try to feel more important than they are. The Big Ten doesn't even have a team in New York and no, Rutgers doesn't count as anything New York except one night 12 years ago.

Okay guy from Houston, tell us again how Rutgers isn't a NY team as they literally sit in the NYC TV market. A half hour drive from campus and you're in Manhattan. Keep those P6 dreams alive though.

Google Maps says 1 hour and 3 mins at this moment. Rutgers is NJ's team not NY's team

lol thats because there's a snowstorm right now.

And there is no way...you are getting to MSG from Rutgers in 30 mins other than 3am with a radar detector

BTW, up to 1 hour and 11 mins now...guess the snow picked up. LOL

Don't know if it was always exactly 30 mins or not but close enough and yes it was typically 2-3 AM ish definitely kept Escort Radar Detector on high LOL (Exit 8 for those that know). BTW, I don't recommend doing it that way. Better way =New Jersey Transit NE Corridor train or Amtrak = 47 mins and you come up in Penn Station/MSG. No extra charge to ride Amtrak with monthly NJ Transit pass. Trains hit 105 mph for good stretches so they're really booking it
