She is not allowed to endorse candidates?
"The Hatch Act of 1939, officially An Act to Prevent Pernicious Political Activities, is a United States federal law whose main provision prohibits employees in the executive branch of the federal government, except the president, vice-president, and certain designated high-level officials from engaging in some forms of political activity."
While acting in her official role in the white house no she cannot endorse or put down candidates.
"Folks, don't be fooled. He'll be a vote against tax cuts. He's weak on crime, weak on borders. He's strong on raising your taxes. He's terrible for property owners."
"for tax hikes," "against border security," "against national security," "against the Second Amendment" and "against life,"
"out of step for Alabama voters, according to the President," and that Trump "doesn't want a liberal Democrat representing Alabama in the United States Senate."
Is she engaging in political activity or stating a fact??
not exactly http://www.al.com/news/index.ssf/2017/11..._does.html
The biggest 3
Weak on crime could mean he would vote against strong on crime justices like those Trump would appoint, which would make it a fact
Weak on borders - It is a fact he is against the wall which the president believes is necessary to ever have a secure boarder.
Strong on Tax Increases - It is a fact he was not in favor of tax cuts so it is then fair to assume he is supportive of tax increases
Im seeing a lot of factual statements made
