I have tried to talk about the failures of Tubby and possible staff for Penny. I am not completely sold on Penny(leaning that way). I am sold that Tubby is just not the right fit for Memphis.

Most of the unrealistic fans are on MT.org. not here....minus poster one in particular. Sorry for him.
