top 1 and top 5 are different things..and are you forgetting the larry brown part?
head coach of nba & college national championship teams. took 3 different teams to nba finals, 2 different teams to ncaa finals (kansas and ucla)..and made smu a national power for horrific bottom feeder in 3 years???

Schools are not given preseason rankings based on recruiting classes alone otherwise WKU would have soared in the polls. You remove Krzyewski, you remove the #1 ranking. You remove Gregg Marshall you remove the preseason top 10.

Penny Hardaway will garner zero respect until he makes a deep run in the tournament. And the chances of that are... 03-lmfao

you realize the star of the wku class decommitted before preseason rankings came out? and the other highly toutd player had ncaa clearance issue and wasnt eligible till mid season..both of those were known before polls, no one touted from wkus class was expected to play

also larry brown....you have made 17 posts not even once trying to counter the larry brown point...

you keep saying penny has no experience...you are acting like hall of fame legendary coach larry brown wont be right there

in ll honesty larry brown is too good of a coach to be "an assistant" or to be put below anyone..if he is hired, it is almost a certainty he will be running it and teaching penny till he can get it going on his own.. larry bown is more accomplished than almost any coach in college beyond maybe 2 or 3 coaches
