It's good to stay abreast of other country's policies.

It's not good to do that through Fox News. The president should be relying on his Secretary of State and the State Department to decide what issues to focus on. Afterall, that's basically their job.

He hears something in the news about another country, he directs his Secretary of State to report to him on it.
