Yikes -- the tone of that article is puke-worthy. Check out this groaner: "The discreet role Mr. Obama is taking reflects his longstanding ambivalence about acting as a partisan political leader."

Good grief!

The one that stood out to me was this one:

"He has urged candidates to push back on Mr. Trump’s bleak and divisive rhetoric about economic change,..."

I am wondering if Lad or anybody else can give us some examples of this. What came to my mind was his enumerating the economic indices that are rising.
