To become a moderator, you need to 'talk'(send private message, whatever...) to an administrator (there are quite a few of em' -- NCTrafficMan, drunkterp, etc.) and they'll set you up.

And to have your 'Nobody' changed to something else, you also talk to an admin. You can have it changed to whatever you want....
