with all the injuries right now, this is going to be a hard game. Even if the visiting teams record is not to hot, they have shown that they can play when they need to. our team is having to find itself all over again after losing 3 starters ( if Evens can't go) and 2 role players, Thats quite a hit to obsorbe, hopefully our guys prove that they are still the team to beat even with this adversity.

UL-L will be pumped and ready to play the Toppers tonight, as they always are when they play the Toppers. I hope the Toppers are ready.

Regardless of the criticism Horn received for mass substitutions early in the year, I believe it has helped this team by developing our bench players. I'm not as nervous when a starter is out as I was a few years ago because I know the Toppers have depth.

Call me nuts but if the Cajuns make thier own tourney in Lafayette, they could definately knock someone off. I don't care what thier record is they would draw a huge crowd for us. I really hope we don't draw them.
