Darth Vader
Dath Maul (even though he went out like a little B***** in the end)
Megatron
bad guy from Titanic movie
Rebecca DeMornay's charachter from The Hand that Rocks the Cradle
Alien from Alien movies
Pradator from predator movies
Sharon Stones charchter from Basic Instinct (victim or villian? hmmmm)
Jack Nicholsons Joker from the first Batman movie

Also, to me HAL from 2001 and 2010 movies was pretty wicked in that erie kind of sense.

Darth Vader was evil? I thought he was just a strong leader.

I don't know about the movies (just the books) but Voldemort is very well done as evil. He hates and abuses his own followers, and they fear him. He shows what evil is about...there is nothing redeeming about him.

If you haven't seen the movie Hostage with Bruce Willis, the kid in it has evil down to an art.

The overall look and actions, he just nails it!!!
