This [] should be thrown in jail and if not for being a senior, should be banned for life by the NCAA. That goes double for #42 Maurice Nelson. In this shot, he follows in Yusef's footsteps. Please note the fact that the Carolina man being struck, QB Mike Rathe, is laying there without his helmet (which was previously ripped off).



On that note, I say eff Tommy Bowden. I knew he had some thugs on that roster, but man...

What ticked me off was Bowden's attempt to justify the melee with what happened the night before. He said, to paraphrase, "I think it happened because they had been watching over and over the Piston's-Pacers game and the melee that ensued. BS. There is no justification for this type of behavior.

Clemson, not only one of the most overrated programs of the past decade, but 'ghetto' as well. It all comes back to them in the end, thats a program with no chance at a conf title, they are a perrenial B I T CH of FSU and Miami.

I've always had a bad taste in my mouth about the Clemson program because in 2000 when the Cajuns made it to the College World Series, UL and Clemson played an elimination game and the Cajuns won on a little dribble down the first base line that was thrown into the outfield. Winning run scores from 1st and a Clemson player begins attacking one of our players from behind. Our coach was quick to pull our players off of the field while the Clemson players stayed on talking trash when they should have been packing their stuff to head home.

To this day, I still have South Carolina fans that say thanks for eliminating Clemson, even though we were the team that eliminated USC in the super regionals.

That guy on the ground got what he deserved, he was running around trying to jack someone. He just got caught looking down, and got knocked the hell out.
