This is just for Windows users:

1. Open up Notepad (It's in the Accessories folder for most people)
2. Find your operating system below:

a. Windows XP & 2000: C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
b. Windows 95, 98, & ME: C:\WINDOWS\hosts
c. Windows NT: C:\winnt\System32\drivers\etc\hots (not sure if that last word should be hosts).

3. On Notepad, click File. Then click Open. Find your operating system above and type in the exact thing you see up there (except what is in parenthesis for Windows NT users) in the File Name on Notepad and hit Enter on your keypad.

4. You should see SOMETHING like this:

# localhost: Needs to stay like this to work
127.0.0.1 localhost

5. Put your cursor at the end of the word localhost and hit your enter key on your keypad.

6. Once you have done that, copy the below and paste it on notepad EXACTLY as it appears here:

64.182.3.20 http://www.ncaabbs.com

7. On Notepad, click File and then Save.

8. Close Notepad.

9. Reboot your computer.
