I dont know if he is innocent but the Defense DID prove its case, and have given reasonable doubt.

he was found Guilty, life sentence with no possiblity of parole. :eek:


noone, not even the alternate juror thought he was gonna be found guilty.

Did he do it? Yes.

Should he be found guilty based on the trial? No.

The defense attorney, David Rudolf... is one of the best in the Southeast... and he defended him damn well... I guess the jury just couldn't get past "the facts" in this one.
