I just a call an 8 year old is mooning cars :arse: :arse: The caller got mad :mad: when I laughed :laugh: :roflol: :laugh: I dont think the call was 911 material, which ticked her off 03-pissed .......

Was the 8 year old on the road, or the express way when these alledged incidents took place? He could of been a danger to himself and/or the drivers on the road.
