I think that's pretty self-explanatory.

Its called intent. If they intended to kill an Israeli soldier, then they are just as guilty as one who does kill a soldier.

You can't use the small child bull as an arguement for their immunity. It doesn't matter if hes a child or an adult. He threw a rock, he gets what he deserves. Maybe not a sabot round, but he's asking for trouble if he throws a rock regardless of how old he is.

Thanks for reinforcing my point. A rock will do little to no damage to a tank. Why is a young kid throwing a rock a threat?
