lol -- I personally disagree w/ it -- I have a great relationship w/ my girlfriend and have had one for many months now --- BUT COME ON - can't you find some humor in that quote??

I can't find humor anymore in the ways kids are having sex nowadays. A lot of my friends have gotten pregnant and it makes me wanna scream at them for knowing better. All for two minutes of "pure fun" too. :rolleyes:

I just don't understand the thinking of people my age and sex...I really don't.

Is Tasha the red-headed version of myself? Wonderful points Tasha, and I think I know EXACTLY where you're coming from. You should see the "kids" that come into the pharmacy here on a daily basis...wanting pregnancy tests or plan Bs or prenatal vitamins...very sad

I think it's the way people my age are brought up. Some of my friends will sleep with anyone who shows any amount of interest in them. This is because they obviously have issues within themselves that they are willing to give it up to someone who acts like they are interested in them (when all the guy really wants is some easy a$$. I've had plenty of opportunities to do that sort of thing (not to brag or anything ), but it has never been my style...never. And for what I want to do with my life minus a baby or an emotional breakdown from a guy who treats me like a piece of trash after he's done with me, I think I will stay away from that sort of activity. Believe me, there's been times where I feel like I should just go along with things, but then reality kicks in. Sleeping with everybody or acting like sex isn't that big of a deal is disgusting and pathetic.

I can have more fun with myself...and you all can take that however you want. :laugh: :girl:
