What's the deal with all this Duke #1 seed talk? Before they lost to the Johnnies, everyone was pumping them up as a #1 seed. They are an improved team, but no way in hell they are that good. But the point is, they are THIRD in their own conference. The Terps won't get a #1 seed with 7 losses, but why isn't Wake being considered for a #1 seed if Duke is? They split with Duke and have a better ACC/overall record.

Actually if Wake wins out nad wins the ACC tourney I've heard talk that they could get a #1 seed...But more than likely a #2....

Hopefully they can at least get a #2 in the South.
And for once, I'd like to see Dook get sent out to the West bracket. They nearly always get to play in Greensboro, Charlotte, W-S, Charleston, etc. Send 'em out to Seattle or Phoenix and see how they like it for a change...everyone else in the ACC has had to do it in the last 3-4 years.

The change in time zones might affect K's hip and therefore the selection committee won't make them go far.

The ACC will not have a #1 seed. Hopefully Wake can pull a 2. It actually wouldn't surprise me if the highest ACC seed is a 3. Wacky season for sure.
