My Jackets were just on top of their game last night. We really fed our the energy from the AMC crowd. Felton looks as advertised. McCants was really off. Jawad Williams was absolutely feelin' it in the 1st half.
Key to the game: Early UNC foul trouble. When Sanders got in trouble, Bosh, Luke, and Ed "Lunchpail" Nelson went to work. The home court advantage saved us when it got to 66-60. If the game was in Chapel Hill we might have folded. But we responded with a huge run to ice the game.
Good luck to the Heels the rest of the way. It will be tough coming back from 2-4 with Wake and Dook coming up.

Thanks for the kind words. It will be tough, but this team can hang with anyone if they're on top of their game.
The Heels are much like the Jackets this year: great at home (usually), and lackluster on the road. We are also pretty dang good at neutral sites. I think that's definitely indicative of the young team that they are.
Not that I think they will, but if the Heels steal one of the next two, that puts them at 3-5 at the midway point. The second half of the ACC schedule has 5 home games and 3 road games, so I think that is encouraging for these guys. Plus, we might have Sean May back for those games.
Anyway, it was still a tough loss last night. Kudos to Tech for a game well played.
